I work with a handful of head coaches.

Each is different and from a variety of sports.

But at the top level, head coaching isn’t about the X’s and O’s- they all have excellent game awareness.

My mission is to prepare head coaches for the other 90% of their role:

Aligning their role with the team’s commercial objectives

Identifying silent tension & handling challenging conversations

Applying the latest research in meeting science to gain a competitive advantage

Articulating the short-term goals to stakeholders whilst building a succession plan

This is the hard stuff. This is what counts- in achieving success and staying in a job.

I’ve spent time inside the inner sanctum of some of the greatest teams across sport.

I’m trusted by top head coaches to support, challenge and sharpen their thinking.

Each head coach I work with has their own unique context and set of challenges.

In a 20-minute discovery call, we’ll explore where you need support and whether I’m the right fit.

Even if we don’t move forward, it’s a valuable chance to reflect on where you’re at, what’s in the way, and where you want to go — no pressure, no judgment.
It would be useful if you have a personal development budget or a sum of money to work with.
I offer tailored packages for 3 months, 6 months & 12 months.

My rate starts at £3250 or $4400 for 3 months work together.
If we work together, we’ll tailor everything to your context- and keep refining as your situation evolves.

The head coaches I support are already elite. This isn’t about adding more- it’s about sharpening what matters.

I ask for one focused hour a week. In between, I’m in your corner- as a sounding board, to support, or as a reflection partner whenever it’s needed.
